When you work for someone else, they decide how much to charge for the job… and how much of that money they want to keep when they pay you. Often, the difference between a great day at work and a terrible one is being surrounded by the right or wrong people. Clients, coworkers, and subcontractors all influence the satisfaction you feel on the job.
